Terry Allen is the Supervising Attorney for the criminal law division of Golden State Law Group. Mr. Allen is a Former Judge Advocate in the U.S Marine Corps and has sat as a Judge Pro Tempore in the Vista Court. He has successfully handled numerous felony and misdemeanors cases in State and Federal Courts as well as Military Courts Martial.
Mr. Allen is a Graduate of Baker University in Kansas and the University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Law. He is admitted to Practice Law in Missouri since 1969 and California since 1978 and Federal District Court.
After 40 years experience in representing clients charged with crimes ranging from DUI to Capital Murder, Terry has developed an unparalleled level of expertise, and his compassion for his clients is what sets him apart from many other attorneys.
